BUMN Foundation Builds Strategic Collaboration with Kemendukbangga/BKKBN to Accelerate Stunting Reduction

Jakarta, May 21, 2025 โ€” The BUMN Foundation also attended Development Partnership Meeting organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture/National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), as part of a collective effort to strengthen cross-institutional synergy in supporting the acceleration of stunting reduction and sustainable family development.

This meeting focused discussions on five initiatives Quick Wins from BKKBN, namely: Genting (Movement of Compassionate Parents to Prevent Stunting), Tamasya (Child-Loving Foster Care Park), GATI (Indonesian Exemplary Father Movement), Sidaya (Empowered Elderly), and AI-SuperApps. These programs are designed to address population challenges and realize the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

The BUMN Foundation fully supports the national agenda through ongoing social programs, including Ruang Tumbuhโ€”an initiative that focuses on improving integrated health service posts, nutrition education, and empowering health cadres at the community level. The focus of this program is in line with the target Genting which targets families at high risk of stunting with a holistic approach, both in terms of nutrition and other supporting factors such as access to clean water and sanitation.

This collaboration also paves the way for further partnerships in the implementation of activities. The Golden Pride Parade which will take place at the end of June 2025. This event will be a shared momentum to strengthen behavioral change campaigns, mobile health services, and other educational activities in various regions of Indonesia.

Through its participation in this meeting, the BUMN Foundation affirmed its commitment to continue to encourage multi-party collaboration in building a healthy family ecosystem and encouraging sustainable social transformation.
