Nongkrong Pemoeda: A Platform for Positive Collaboration for 100+ Communities on Youth Pledge Day

Jakarta, October 26, 2024 โ Melting Pop and Muda-Hopefully ID held an event Youth Hangout which aims to gather more than 100 cross-sector communities in order to commemorate Youth Pledge Day. This event focuses on the importance of collaboration between communities in creating a positive impact on the surrounding environment.
The participants who attended had the opportunity to discuss, share ideas, and build relationships with fellow young people who share the same vision in empowering society. In addition to the community, several public figures such as Tsamara Amany and Eva Alicia also participated and shared their views on the importance of cooperation in dealing with complex social issues.
"Social (public) problems cannot be solved alone, but still require collaboration," said Tsamara Amany, Special Staff V of the Minister of SOEs while at the Paragon Community Hub, Jakarta.
In this event, the BUMN Foundation was also present and showed its support as a form of commitment to empowering the younger generation and collaboration between communities. "We from the BUMN Foundation strongly support positive activities for young people like this, it is hoped that more young people will be inspired to take part in creating social change that has a broad impact." said Maya Lestari, Chief of Program and Operation of the BUMN Foundation.
