Growing Space 2025: Beginning a Collaborative Journey for Indonesia's Generation

Jakarta, July 23, 2025 – Indonesia's future depends heavily on how we care for and support children's growth and development from an early age. Through the Ruang Tumbuh, the BUMN Foundation continues to be committed to providing real solutions to strengthen the role of families, integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres, and communities in supporting the creation of a healthy and empowered generation.

In 2025, Ruang Tumbuh is here with a new spirit, taking on the role of Collaboration Hub, a collaborative center that brings together various partners who share a similar vision and mission, to create a better child growth and development center for Indonesia.

As a first step on this journey, the BUMN Foundation held a discussion with Ruang Tumbuh's collaborating partners, namely Cadre Friend, Our Family, YahintaraThis discussion provides a space to exchange ideas, identify challenges in the field, and formulate joint strategies to achieve a broader impact this year.

This collaboration is believed to be key to creating real change. Challenges in child development cannot be addressed by one party alone but require complementary cross-sector synergy. By establishing Ruang Tumbuh as a collaborative hub, each partner contributes according to their expertise, enabling the program to run more effectively and deliver sustainable results.

Through this synergy, it is hoped that by 2025, the Ruang Tumbuh program will be able to connect and map communities so that interventions can be more targeted. Furthermore, parents and cadres are expected to become more empowered and confident in supporting the growth and development of children in their communities. Ultimately, all of these efforts lead to one overarching goal: realizing a generation of Indonesian children who are healthy, strong, and happy.

With the foundation built through this collaboration, the BUMN Foundation and its collaborating partners are ready to go further, multiply their impact, and make a real contribution to the future of Indonesian children.
